📬 How to Request a Non-Escrow Model

If you're interested in purchasing a non-escrow version of a model, you must place a custom order. To begin this process:

  • Your intended use (e.g., personal FiveM server, singleplayer modding, rendering, etc.)

💰 Pricing and Conditions

Non-escrow versions are considered premium access, and pricing will reflect the added flexibility and risk involved.

🔸 Expect pricing to be 2x–4x the base cost, depending on:

  • Intent of use (e.g., resale, server implementation, personal use)

  • Your reputation within the FiveM community

  • Your purchase history and standing with our store

We reserve the right to decline requests if we suspect misuse or intent to redistribute.
