1. Introduction

InfinityDesigns is a Canadian-based creator of original and transformative digital vehicle liveries and modification content. By accessing this website, viewing any of its content, or downloading, editing, using, or redistributing any file associated with InfinityDesigns—including free or paid assets acquired through escrow platforms such as Tebex- you are legally bound by the terms set out in this policy.

Your continued use of this website and its services constitutes your full and informed acceptance of the legal obligations contained herein.

2. Copyright Compliance & Fair Dealing

All InfinityDesigns content is created in compliance with the Copyright Act of Canada (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42). Our works are intended to be transformative, non-commercial, and respectful of original intellectual property.

Under Section 29 of the Copyright Act of Canada, the concept of fair dealing permits limited use of copyrighted content for the purposes of research, private study, education, parody, satire, criticism, or review. Where applicable, our use of base assets—such as those from Rockstar Games or other modding platforms—falls within these exceptions and is further governed by a six-factor test applied by Canadian courts.

Modifications made by InfinityDesigns are substantial and creative in nature and do not serve as substitutes for original works. We do not claim ownership over source assets unless they are wholly original to our team.

3. Use of Third-Party Assets

InfinityDesigns utilizes vehicle models and components that are lawfully acquired through one or more of the following channels:
(1) Rockstar Games base assets, used under their modding guidelines for single-player use;
(2) public releases from modding communities with modification rights;
(3) commissioned or granted-use models; or
(4) pre-existing modifications where the changes do not establish new copyright.

All models derived from Rockstar Games remain their intellectual property, and any changes made by third parties that are merely cosmetic or minimal do not constitute new ownership rights. Our usage is always transformative, non-commercial, and done with an understanding of and respect for the rights of original creators.

Unlocked models are only used if they are released with permission or originate from Rockstar Games. We verify source licensing and usage rights prior to any inclusion.

4. Community Responsibility and Attribution

InfinityDesigns acknowledges and respects the efforts of all modding and creative contributors. We make every reasonable effort to credit third-party creators, seek required permissions, and respond to legitimate takedown or copyright concerns in good faith.

If a copyright holder believes their rights have been infringed, we invite direct communication to resolve the issue in a timely and respectful manner.
We do not willingly accept notices if they are given without any forewarning and fully intend to dispute anything which is not discussed beforehand.

5. Non-Commercial Use Policy

All content produced and published by InfinityDesigns is distributed for non-commercial use only, unless otherwise explicitly authorized. We do not charge fees for access to our files, nor do we monetize modifications, models, or liveries through direct sales or advertising.

Where commercial use is permitted, it will be subject to separate terms under the Commercial Asset Clause (C.A.C.), which shall override any general non-commercial statement within this document.

6. Terms of Platform Use, Escrow, and Third-Party Governance

By viewing this website or engaging with any InfinityDesigns content—whether free or paid—you expressly agree to the following conditions:

• Any interaction with our content via Tebex, including the addition of free or paid assets to your account through escrow systems, constitutes irrevocable acceptance of InfinityDesigns' group terms and this legal policy.

• Your actions also constitute consent to be bound by all policies enforced by Tebex, including their Terms of Service and Governing Documents. These policies shall remain superior in precedence to any content or condition outlined on this page.

• Nothing stated in this policy shall be interpreted to override, amend, or nullify the enforcement authority or contractual terms of Tebex.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use, download, install, view, or redistribute any InfinityDesigns content.

7. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims arising from the use of InfinityDesigns content shall be governed by the laws of Canada, and any proceedings shall take place under the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.

In the event of a copyright or digital rights dispute, parties agree to first pursue resolution through arbitration or mediation, with an agreed-upon neutral third party. This applies to all claims, including those involving DMCA notices.

8. Enforcement & Contact
